This pair of earrings features a fish-shaped design made of pure 999 silver. Inspired by the traditional ornaments made by China's Hmong Miao ethnic minority, we extracted cultural elements from traditional Hmong Miao ethnic silver jewelry and turned them into patterns and styles for modern jewelry. The fish shape is significant to the Hmong Miao people, as it represents abundance, fertility, and prosperity. The fish is considered a powerful symbol of good fortune and is often featured in Hmong Miao art, clothing, and jewelry. The fish is believed to bring good luck and prosperity. One of the most popular designs in Hmong Miao jewelry is the fish-shaped earring.

On the basis of respecting tradition, we are seeking to protect through innovative contemporary design those traditional skills that are in danger of fading away. There are many ethnic groups in China, each of which has its own unique cultural heritage and handicraft tradition. What I want to do is to retain their vitality.

This earring is handmade by us, made with a 999 fine silver (99,9% purity). And made using the traditional Chinese silver filigree technique, these earrings are a true representation of the skill and artistry of Chinese artisans. This technique involves the intricate and delicate shaping of fine silver wire into intricate patterns and designs. The resulting jewelry and decorative pieces are delicate, lightweight, and often feature beautiful, lacy patterns.

The silver filigree technique has been recognized as a valuable part of China's cultural heritage, and efforts are being made to preserve and promote this traditional art form. Today, the silver filigree technique is still practiced by skilled artisans, and the resulting pieces are highly sought after by collectors and those looking for unique and beautiful jewelry.

By choosing our silver jewelry, you can support the preservation of traditional Hmong Miao craftsmanship and culture while also enjoying beautiful and high-quality jewelry.

In recent years, Hmong Miao style silver jewelry has gained popularity among collectors and those interested in traditional Chinese culture and art.

Fine silver is more precious than sterling 92,5% silver, but is also more fragile so please take good care of your fine silver pieces.
